IVG 高级电缆冷却保护管

质量标准: 外胶符合ASTM C-542 防火标准。内径的工差符合UNI ENISO 1307/1997 标准。壁厚工差从5.1mm 至7mm:+/-0.7mm –从7.1mm 至10mm:+/-0.8mm。

应用范围: 软壁胶管用于冷却电缆护套管。

伸长率：±2％，在软管的工作压力下。 - 弯曲半径在1 巴的压力下 测得-。

温度范围: -40℃~+90℃，短时间可耐高达+110°C

电阻性: R>1x108Ω/m，击穿电压> 6kV.

软管结构

内    层: 黑色，光滑，绝缘的EPDM 橡胶。适用于输送热水，工艺 用水，防腐剂和水混合的防冻剂。

加 强 层: 高强力合成线绳。

外    层: 黑色，光滑（表面布纹），绝缘CR 橡胶，耐气候，臭氧，耐电弧炉流程的辐射热，自熄性橡胶符合ASTM C-542。

可选择项: 1. 不同口径。

IVG Cable cooling hose

Standards: rubber cover flame retardant according to ASTM C-542. Tolerances on I.D. accorrding to UNI EN ISO 1307/1997. Tolerances on wall thicknes from 5,1 mm to 7 mm: +/- 0,7mm - from 7,1 mm to 10 mm: +/- 0,8 mm.

Application: softwall hose used as sleeves for cooling electrical cables.

Elongation percentage: +-2% with hose at working pressure.

Temperature: from -40°C to +90°C, up to +110°C shortly.

Electrical Resistance: R>1x108 Ω/m. Breakdown voltage > 6kV/mm.

Construction

Tube: black, smooth, insulating EPDM rubber, suitable to convey hot water, process water, corrosion inhibitors and water mixed anti-freeze agents.

Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord.

Cover: black, smooth (wrapped finish), insulating CR rubber, resistant to weather, ozone, radiant heat electric arc furnaces process, self-extinguishing according to ASTM C-542.
