重型油罐车燃料吸排管

质量标准: EN 12115:11 (16 bar), EN 1761 (10 bar), ISO 2929 (10bar), TRbF.

应用范围: 硬壁胶管，用于吸送和输送无铅汽油和芳烃含量高达50% 的燃料。适用于油罐车或油槽车。该管由INERIS检测并认证，可 用于防暴工矿。

温度范围: -30°C(-22°F) +90°C(+194°F), 瞬时温度可达+110°C(+230°F).

软管结构

内  层: 黑色，光滑，NBR1抗静电橡胶。

加强层: 高强力合成线绳及螺旋缠绕钢丝

外  层: 黑色， 光滑（表面布纹），抗静电合成橡胶，耐气候，耐磨损，耐臭氧和耐油。

电阻性: Ω/T, 导电，R ≤ 1x106Ω/应用长度。管子可以应用在防暴的工矿。长度等于或低于40米的电阻。

商  标: 浮体刻印所符合的标准+连续黄色商标带“IVG Oil （公司商标)...”.

Fuel and oil suction and delivery hose

Standards: EN 12115:11 (16 bar), EN 1761 (10 bar), ISO 2929 (10 bar), TRbF.

Application: hardwall hose used for the suction delivery of unleaded gasoline and fuels with aromatic content up to 50%, suitable for use as a tank truck or tank wagon hose.

Hose checked and approved by INERIS for use in ATEX areas.

Temperature: -30°C(-22°F) +90°C(+194°F), w/peaks 110°C(230°F).

Construction

Tube: black, smooth, NBR1 antistatic rubber.

Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord plus steel helix wire.

Cover: black, smooth (wrapped finish), antistatic, synthetic rubber, weathering, abrasion, ozone and oil resistant.

Electrical Resistance: Ω/T, electrically conductive hose, R≤1x106Ω/lgth guaranteed for lengths equal or lower than 40m. The hose can be used in ATEX areas.

Branding: continuous embossed marking according to one of above standards + continuous yellow brand “IVG Oil (family logo)...”.
